Get the first plane/boat/train out of Britain and fly off to live with my rasta family in jamaica. Ya mon. (serious).

There's a small percentage of people there who couldn't or didn't have the means of leaving.

There are many, many who could have. Just look at the people walking around looting Wal-Mart or wading through the streets or boating around etc.

It's plain stupidity on the part of those people.
