I'm not sure.
Will the formation be the same and will Owen return to the squad or not?
Again not sure.
Discuss.
> Haha, England will be going to the World Cup.
Ooh, petty.
This result was great for me for one reason. You've managed to find a worse result than ours against the Faroes.
Cheers.

Still as laughable :-D

It was "honest words", actually.
And how many times can somebody say a wrong thing? "We stick together". Give it a rest, Becks. You can all be super best friends off the pitch, but on it you need to play as a unit. And we're not doing that at the moment.
And the only thing wrong with the formation was that it was new, and although I said it was a decent time to assimilate a new system before these two matches were played, in hindsight it was a risk even against such feeble opposition.
But as I was saying, the 4-3-3 wasn't strictly the problem, since nobody was out of position. It's the game plan that Sven got woefully wrong.
If you play a strategy where Beckham gets the ball and passes it to SWP, you eliminate Gerrard and Lampard altogether. Rooney can play on the left for Man Utd because Ferguson has established a flexible squad that gives Rooney license to roam across the final third if he so wishes. At the end of the day, the mere formation shouldn't matter a great deal - certainly not so much for the newspapers to write so much about it. It's the specific player instructions and methods of attack that really make the tactics and it was clear that Sven made poor decisions with both.
And the damn irish manager accusing Healy of being "premiership class"...
Hands off you premiership scum.
> Haha, here it was 25-1
Was that the odds for a 1-0 scoreline? Or just a win for the Irish?
> mclaren for England......
No, he's a boring manager in my opinion. He wouldn't do any difference.
