How are Chelsea in the second seed bit?
Poor Rangers, though it will be interesting them playing the team that knocked Celtic out. Would that mean Rangers/Celtic would have faced each other? Probably not, Celtic would be rated above Rangers I guess.

Certainly is a bit fishy, especially when the guy picking the groups for the teams to go in had a good look where the other guy was placing them in the bowl.
