People who say that the A level exams are easy are just sitting in their pile of steamy BS.

Plus a 'pass' is A-E and not all people even do 3 A-levels....great, a sizable proportion of the 96.2% of people who passed got EE or EEE...that'll take them far.

Good to see so many people taking maths and considering going further with the subject, particularly at decent universities like Warwick (great for Algebraic Geometry I'm told) and York (more into their computing I've heard, but a top uni still).

Anybody considering going to Bath? (top uni in maths for three years and second only to Cambridge in this year's ratings) If so, I might see you there since I'll be here for another two years yet, maybe more.

I used to really hate that

It is interesting though that the pass rate has kept going up for 26 years, seems kind of strange. From experience, everyone should shut up and stop insulting pupils.

Yes. It was a joke. A really really funny joke. Oh, my sides.

It's nice and 'intimate', such is the buzz-word for these places, it's got good acoustics, it's easy to get to and it's always full of students and not townies.
