Having recently viewed 'Akira', 'Blood: The Last Vampire' and 'Spirited Away' I'm keen to explore the genre further, but some of the titles on offer seem a little (how should I put this?) 'not my cuppa tea' (e.g. too damn crazy).

If there are any fans here of similar films to those I already listed then I'd appreciate some recommendations that aren't too insane. I don't want anything that's just an excuse for random animated soft porn either.

Cheers, people.

Thanks for all the recommendations people.

I just added the first DVD of 'Full Metal Alchemist' and the film 'Ghost in the Shell' to my Screenselect.co.uk list as highest priority. Should receive them tomorrow.

:-)

And Wardy, yes, it does.

I noticed today we have a film for sale at work called 'Perfect Blue'. £6.99.

Worth buying, maybe?

Yeah Chobits is great :) if only I could get one of those persocoms instead of this thing. I've never bought panties for a computer before.
