I hope you dont have to eat too often to stay alive. That would ruin the game. I can imagine it now. You on the run from the cops. 6 stars on your wanted level. Youve just finished a really hard mission and your trying to get back to your hide out to save. Some snazy driving and a huge shoot out keeps them off your tail for a bit. You crash your car and you have to run the last few hundred yards. Choppers hovering above you with SWAT teams shooting. Just as you get to the door you die. Not because of a carefully placed head shot from a sniper but because all you ate that morning was a chicken sandwich.
