Anybody know what's going on, or is it just precaution?
For anyone not in the know, detonating caps connect to and set off larger amounts of explosives, as the name would suggest. Luckily they didn't work properly, and apparently there are still unexploded bombs on the trains.

But I still find myself flicking to that channel first thing in the morning, pressing the red button and catching up on the days headlines before I go out.
