Anybody know what's going on, or is it just precaution?
Silly, silly me
This is now genuinely scary. After it had all died down and I was allowed to be selfish again, I thought 'well at least the big attack has been and gone before I move to London', and now this has happened, just two weeks later. Whether or not explosives were meant to go off or this is just scare tactics, it's still a terrifying thought that my friends and I will be riding all sections of the tube every day for two years while these psychos are still out there getting their rocks off.
Someone fill me in - a guy's rucksack exploded, but in a naff, girly way, and he just threw it off and ran away? So there's a good chance he'll be caught, no?
Didn't they capture somebody earlier?

At least everyone would know what day it's coming and could organise their lives accordingly.
I was thinking of some kind of copy-cat thing, seeing how similar the attacks were, and how unsuccessful these ones were.

Yeah, it's lucky the devices weren't put together correctly, otherwise we could have had a repeat of two weeks ago.
Later on we were in a cafe near one of the stations - didn't know anything was going on at the time, but a policeman came in after a while and told us to stay put. When we came out, the road was all blocked off - not sure which incident it was, thanks to my rubbish knowledge of London, but we just walked past, got on a train at Waterloo and came home.
Fun fun fun.
Only just heard what happened properly
