Anyone else planning to get this?

As mentioned by Lipe in another topic, you can download a demo off the Sports Interactive site, which gives you all the English and Scottish leagues to play with for the first 6 months, which isn't bad at all.

You get some weird results though - I just beat Arsenal 6-1 with Chelsea (we can only hope, hey?) and also it's generally pretty hard to score.

Good fun though, looking forward to the full game.

Got it today, but apparently the disc is corrupt so I'm going to have to take it back and get a replacement.

Bah.

Used to post here and there on the sigames forums, saw a chance, whacked off an email, next thing I new I had a data editor in front of me. I had to add the players and their stats, and the club stats and info in for Woking and Leatherhead. I support Woking and live 5 minutes away from Leatherhead's ground, so it was a doddle.

How did you come to get the chance to help with the database?

If I got the chance to do the local teams...the Owls players on the games might be a bit overated...

I think I'm gunna get it today.

I used to get the CM games free, right up to the last sigames and Eidos effort. I did some help creating the original database, see? So when Eidos and sigames split, sigames maintained the database I helped make. Sadly it seems I won't be bagging myself a free one this time; the split I think is what did it. Ah well.

Yea it's nothing essential to be honest but if you've got the money why not?
