Anyone else planning to get this?

As mentioned by Lipe in another topic, you can download a demo off the Sports Interactive site, which gives you all the English and Scottish leagues to play with for the first 6 months, which isn't bad at all.

You get some weird results though - I just beat Arsenal 6-1 with Chelsea (we can only hope, hey?) and also it's generally pretty hard to score.

Good fun though, looking forward to the full game.

Just finished downloading the demo, Ill have a go later.

Enjoying strange success with Nottingham Forest, up to 5th in the Championship two months into the season, despite my assistant managers' insistance that the team needs strengthening to avoid relegation...

Started my game and just finished the Community Shield game, totally outdid Wenger with the mind games and trounced his little invincible team 3-0 with my super signing Kaka setting up 2 and getting the third. Love this game already :-D

Hoping there's a expansion pack soon with at least some photos of the better known Premiership players in it.

People have played the demo, and have come away absolutely disgusted. Some have gone far enough as to suggest it's the worst football management game ever.

Stick with the good old formula, in Football Manager 2005. It's a top game anyway, and is worth buying even if CM5 does turn out to be good. Which it won't.

You sure you're playing FM? Sounds more like GTA...

Just told Arsene Wenger 'I have made it known that I dislike him'. He wont mess with me as Souness and Jose Mourino have got my back.

Well I've just been playing it from 4pm till now. Seems very good so far, at 1 loss and 2 draws but the rest have all been wins. It's weird though, on my one Man Utd and Chelsea are both under-achieving :/ Too bad all the players don't have pictures on their profiles.

I've had it for a few days. Playing as Liverpool so far is a little easy. I'm top in the league after 12 games and top in my Champions League group having won away at Deportivo and home against some other team.

I've always been good at these games, even with poor teams. Last time I played Champ Man 4 I played two seasons with West Ham. Got promoted and then won the Premiership the next season.

I think I'll manage Cambridge next
