Cube-Europe: "After the recent rumours about the PSP price point, we can now safely announce the official news. The PSP will be available in Japan on December 12th, with a price point of 19,800 yen - $185. The battery life will be something like be 4-6 hours for gameplay and 4-5 hours for movies."

So not anywhere near expensive as was predicted, and with better battery power than was thought. No news on when it'll launch in the US or UK though.

Well the card system already exists on the GBA, but not in Europe and perhaps not the west either, why not implement that into the DS?

I think the best thing about the new MGS game is that it uses some sort of card system in game..not sure how it works.

If Nintendo made Zelda use a card system on the GBA, people would scream and shriek, even though Nintendo are proven geniuses (Konami are good, but not as good).

Yeah but they don't release several CGI movies based on it.

*A mario movie was never made, repeat, a Mario movie was never made*

And if Morbo gets it hopefully it's small enough to send over messenger, right Dave?

Yeah your'll be right. But I like so many of the PS2 games so I will get both. Nothing anybody can say will change my mind about getting both of them, as I can, and I will.

Your right to an extent of the FF games, there are alot of enemies that reoccur during all the games as its just a little linking thing. The movie will not contain the same enemy, it will have the characters but it wont be full of turn based battles like the games, and the enemies wont be in it as there wont be as many fights. Only the Main bad guys will make a return.

In all honest truth I don’t know much about it. But the movie will rock. I trust that they will do justice to the best FF game they have ever done. That movie alone will be enough to make me want a PSP.

I could be wrong, but my brother could name all the characters and races in Crystal Chronicals before I even worked out how to fight them!

It used the name and it was made by the company that makes the FF series, but it had nothing to do with any of the games unlike the new one, which is why its going to rule.
