I've already got an A in media and arent at all worries about English, but if I failed to get a B in history do you think they'd be likely to offer me a place anyway or would they bothered revsersing all of the uni stuff and throwing me out on my ear?
Also, A-level history courses are too big. There's too much stuff to learn capably.

50%
In fact, because of the whole scaling thing you probably only need about 45% in actual marks.

That's not too bad. The Weimar Republic and Rise of Hitler are both fairly straightforward.

Dunno about the Tsars, but the rise of the Bolsheviks and Stalin isn't complicated, so it shouldn't be too hard to remember stuff.

Urgh. I feel your pain for this one. I haven't done it but I have done an 'Irish Politics' module and the internal politics modules are always more difficult because there usually isn't the same dominant theme that you get with wars/EVIL BAD MEN and stuff.

Nope finished my media 100% got a fat juicy A.
> So between those 3 exams I need to get 138 marks to get a B.
I'm sure you'll manage to get more than 138/300, bro.
Really though.

Right, thats pretty simple. You get marks for writing something vaguely relevant so even if I dont know something, im bound to know one of the questions. It just sucked because my teached got knocked up and took 4 months off school so we got taught by a wooden plank.

Yeah - plus we compare it to Stalin, so it's the SS vs the OGPU, the night of the long knives vs purges of the left/right/army, and the changes to society and economy which is dull.

This is the easier part of the course really. It's just the bloody dates!

Christ I know, and it's all sodding domestic policy. Corn and the like. We do Irish policies too, dissestablishment of the church, irish land act and zzzzzzzz - this one will suck donkeyballs.
