It depends; on an individual basis, I'd say the Pirate would come out on top. But if a zombie is involved, that means that the whole world has gone a bit Romero, so the zombies would be the ultimate victors.

Well, pirates are the only ones with proper knife experience... However, you can't kill zombies with knives... yet I'm unsure if they can use them.
Pirates would win hands down. No contest. Zombies are to slow. Pirates woulds just slice & dice them. Cowboys would be rubbish without there guns, but they would put up a good fight.
