"Harrison then confirmed that past-gen, Nintendo-created titles will indeed be downloadable for free."
Well, this is a minor bonus. The thing is, though, it's only talking about Nintendo-created titles. Which could potentially narrow the list of titles available down to about 20. Meh.
Also, the fact that this is probably the best Revolution news so far is also a little concerning...

I own the game and run it in my PC cd-drive! PS emulators actually run like that!

Yep, I know.
I'm not trying to justify it because it IS illegal, I'm just pointing out that some of their arguments are inherently flawed.
ie. that if I download a game for free, I'm somehow contributing cash to criminals (hypothetical, I wouldn't dare break the law!)

Its what i do, and my soul is at peace.

The internet, you diseased clown shoe.
However, with your latter comment, I believe this still applies:
And its very tempting to think "well, I'm saving £35.00 here... I'm sure one copy won't make much difference to a publisher"... if everyone shared that philosophy (and unfortunately, there's too many people who already do), then the publisher ends up with nothing. In the short-term, you may save £35.00, but you're spoiling your long-term enjoyment. The less revenue that goes back to a publisher, the less money it has to invest into the development of new titles, and therefore new titles will be, and are, of a poorer quality than they could be.

Lots of that doesn't apply to downloaded stuff though.
ie. everything about money laundering/porno/terrorism.

he might be running the original CD on the emulator.
I do that with my PlayStation games occasionally, because I CBA setting up when I decide to play a game on a whim.
Plus, it's not just about getting caught.
