Right folks. It's that time of year again. E3 begins this week and I'll be interested to see what sort of new 360 images/videos and new games will be announced. Post images, news and video links here. Personally I'm hoping for some in game PGR3 shots and some PD0 shots. I cannot wait to get my hands on the 360. I'll post some of the games we can look forward to tomorrow when I can be bothered.

Only if it supports 480p/720p/1080i. Depending what connection method the Xbox 360 chooses (most likely HDMI/DVI-D) then yeah. The current one - no as the only method of connecting to a HDTV (running in HDTV mode) is via Component Video.

Oh and those PD0 images were awful, didn't look any better than Halo when that was first announced. Probably a ploy to remove it from the show, I doubt they dare set the release date back, plus it doesn't make any sense to take it off like that, the screens were quite clearly awful (which I can't believe would pass any sort of development standard for the next gen) and it would mean pretty much starting from scratch, I find this highly doubtful.

So if I hook it up to my TFT it'll use High Difinition? My new graphics card has Dual DVI you see so if that's the case I'll give it a try when it comes out, my TFT also has DVI too.

Oh and apparently you can play PS2 and PC gamers on that Final Fantasy MMORPG that's coming out on 360.

Not that I'd ever want to play that game.

Excellent!

Maybe they've gone back to the drawing board with Perfect Dark.....actually that could be a bad thing as we probably won't see it now for another 5 years.

Yeah, saw that earlier.

Also, PD0 has been removed from the stands at the last minute, due to the slating the initial pics got from fans/gamers.

AND, the Xbox360 will be able to connect with the Sony PSP :D

Interesting thingy, apparently all the playable Xbox 360's at the show are only 1/3 of the acual power. Strange move by Microsoft and they haven't even made this very clear to people.

Dead or Alive 4 was shown at the E3 press conference and a Ninja Gaiden sequel was confirmed a while back for 360.

Mine was mainly bought ready for Sky HDTV released late this year and also for DVD's for up-converting - will have to sit tight for true HDDVD (due later this year). If it has got a DVI-I socket (both DVI-D and DVI-A in one) then you can hook it up to yor graphics card. Have been tempted to do it for World of Warcrfat but I spent £65 on a 1M cable for the DVD player and it isn't really high on my list of priorities as I already have a decent PC LCD monitor.

I am un-decided as to whether I will bother with Xbox 360. Will most probably grab a PS3 for the new Devil May Cry/Metal Gear but don't know whether or not I will be tempted by the 360 as most of my game playing time is spent with PC games. Will have a look at the launch details for the states and see what is on offer. If something like Ninja Gaiden comes along (or any Team Ninja game) I will sign up like a hapless Nazi, otherwise don't know if I can really be assed.

I'll be going HD as soon as I can afford it, but I'm not paying the current prices.

I'd hook it up to my Monitor, but it's only 19", not 29/32 like my TVs :(

Is it mainly for those hooking them up to PC monitors?
