But do you wear them inside shopping centres with the hoods up?

I have a few hooded tops and I'm about as intimidating as Jesus stroking a kitten.

They don't hide bottles on hooch in the hood...

If anything it makes them more distinctive - the police/security will look for trouser/jacket combo as part of any description given.

It does make some sense, especially the stuff about no swearing (though it will be very difficult to keep a check on). And who really needs to wear a hooded top or a baseball cap inside a warm building anyway? Nobody, unless they want to get away with theft...

I read that earlier, and it had a 'have your say' section at the bottom, which raised some excellent points about how bull it is. But now they've removed it for some reason, even though it's probably the only thing I've seen there lately that's inspired any kid of useful debate.

I can understand the thinking really, i hope i'm not the only one. I think if it acts as a deterrent to criminals i dont mind.

Couldn't we have a zero-tolerance Parenting task force instead?

Why not just make it nudists only so they can be sure there are no concealed weapons.
