Don't let that worry you, you've just misunderstood. That's 1/10,000 EVERY year. So two years doesnt mean it goes up to 2/10,000 and therefore sometime every 10,000 years we'd have a catastrophic impact, it's just every year theres a 1/10,000 chance, so every 5 years theres a 5/50,000 chance and so on etc. Hope this makes sense
You know, like one of those supernova things? (I think that's what they are anyway)
Showed five possible apocalyptic scenario's. I only saw four of them, they were:
A giant asteroid hitting Berlin.
A pandemic (huge virus outbreak).
The volcano in Yellowstone erupting.
A scientific experiment involving a particle accelerator going wrong and causing a black hole.
It's BBC3 so there will probably be a repeat at some point. Keep an eye out, it was rather interesting.
> More worried about asteroid impact to be honest.
Every year there is a 1 in 10,000 chance of a catastrophic impact.
Now, how many years has it been since the last one???

What if earth is being watched now? every sec, every min, maybe there waiting for us to discover them before they do anything
