I have made up my mind, after years of being Liberal I am going to vote Labour at the elections next Thursday. Reason are way to many to list but in short, since Labour took over I have bought my own home, we have a good life style we want for little and in general for me at least every thing is tickety Boo just now.

Out of the three main leaders i have heard least out of Howard.

Did anyone catch that ask Tony Blair thing last night?

It had me laughing at the amount of time the interviewer bloke interrupted Blair and then Blair goes "NO, Let Me Finish" or "Stop interrupting me!"

Much of an appeal? In three years time I can see ten Downing Street being a thousand feet high with an enormous likeness of Michael Howard hanging off the front of it. He'll have his MP's chained together and they'll chant his name on request. Everything he owns will have a big "MH" slapped right in the middle of it.

Maybe that was a bit extreme, but that's the impression of him that I get. You know, the at first innocent looking one who offers everything, but then as soon as he's won he turns all evil on us and his real motive becomes apparent. World Domination, or another of the cheesy B-movie cliches.

If I could vote then I would go for Labour. Change is an awful thing.

Yes, but we'll be given the opportunity to vote for or against switching to the Euro.

LibDems want to start charging you every time you use the supermarket car park! They want to join Europe which would devalue the £ and the county.

Thats my reasons i don't like them...the dirst point isnt major, but its annoying. There are other reasons not to vote for them.

There was a test like this on some website (most likely Channel 4). You answered questions on the topics you were intrested in and it finished with a pie chart (always a good thing) showing how well each party suit your answers.

Exactly. They should do some kind of blind test - where there are a list of policies instead of a party name, so you have to choose which you want rather than voting tactically/stupidly. Just a thought.

This is the worst election in my memory. There is no real choice. Everyone's saying slight variations of the same thing.

Still can't believe that what Labour have done to the Economy could be described as 'a good thing'. Probably not entirely their fault, but the levels of debt that people in this country are in is ridiculous, yet we're being encouraged to spend, spend, spend, and borrow more to pay it off. We cannot keep going like this.
