Well don't worry. All shall become clear.
I've been looking at the "winners" of the past console wars... and I've come to a conclusion.
If your console is made from black plastic, then it's going to get blown out of the water.
Don't believe me? Let's check the facts.
NES [Grey] vs. Master System [Black] Winner: NES
SNES [Grey] vs. Megadrive [Black] Winner: SNES, but not by much.
Saturn [Black] vs. PSX [Grey] Winner: PSX
PSX [Grey] vs. N64 [Black] Winner: PSX
And even though the Gameboy used four colours, all of which were grey, and the others were WAY advanced...
Game Boy [Grey] vs. Game Gear [Black] Winner: Game Boy
Game Boy [Grey] vs. Lynx [Black] Winner: Game Boy
See what I mean? Not convinced still?
32X [Black], Mega-CD [Black], 64DD [Black], Turbographix-16 [Black], Jaguar [Black], Neo-Geo [Black]
All failed machines.
It could be the other way around, saying that only grey machines are the best...

Is this why nintendo won the last war, or were they just giving Sony a false sense of security?
The Gamecube will win the console wars because there is more experience in the company thatn in Microsot and Sony.
The Gamecube will win the console wars because the DVD feature with the PAL PS2's is terrible and you need a digital out put (ie scart lead) for maximum efficiency, something that was disabled on PAL PS2's - Nintendo would NEVER be thatstupid.

Grix you missed the 3DO, but all of the winner have been grey, there isn't going to be a grey gamecube, so maybe black is the new grey in the console world??
