Hmm, Import Madness (where I ordered mine from) are still showing the 22nd as release.
They have however, update the description to state that "any orders placed from today(11/11/04) through release date(22/11/04) will be shipped during release week. All orders placed before 11/11/04 will be shipped for release."
That's lucky - I only got round to ordering mine yesterday!
