I don't know why, but I've listened to bucket a depressingly large amount of times. I guess it's cos the whole beat and guitar riffs just typify them, with his voice and the lyrics being like-wise.

Bjork is a big influence on Emiliana Torrini, and she does some beautiful songs. She did Gollum's Song from LotR:Two Towers. You might have heard that.
