Is Idlewild's album really that good?

Do they have to have been released this year, 'cos it's kinda a short amount of time, after all, it's only April...

I was thinking of getting this, however, i have little money and I want to know which is better, Frances The Mute or Deloused In The Comatorium (or whatever), as I can really only afford the one.
