It`s obviously illegal siting there and smoking a real joint but sitting on the computer and saying that you`re go smoke 1 can`t be illegal

You`ve a small point there, saying stuff like "i`m gonna stalk you and rape you" in a chatroom can be scary to young girls

I think it could be classed as statutory rape, thats when both parties are consenting but one or both aren't old enough to give consent, either way trying to sexually provoke an under 16 is seriously dodgy, especially if you;re old enough to know better.

Smoking a joint in cyberspace isn't physically possible so it isn't illegal. Smoking one whilst on the net is illegal. If you are on a Webcam and you are smoking a joint it is illegal because it is real - but, again, it isn't technically in cyberspace.

You just need to say "I`m gonna go and smoke a joint" in a chatroom then you say *i`m rolling the joint now do you want some?*
And how can a keyboard upset someone? yeah descrimination comments can,but a few naughty words shouldn`t and how are the cops gonna track you down you`re stupid if you give away your phone number on the internet you don`t know who the hell you`re chatting to!!

It's completely legal, doesn't make it right but it's legal.

How exactly would you do that?

Ha! You researched it?? of course you did. You don't know anything about it and think you do - there's a difference. I've studied Psychology and Criminal Law over cases concerning things such as rape - so shutup

I'm sure they can but i'd be more worried about encouraging people to think of anyone under 16 in that way, it bang out of order and just about excusable if you're young but anyone older should know better. I don't know why anyone would want someone that young when you could have some gorgeous 20something.

Emotionally scar someone? they choose to talk about sex over the internet...there is no physical damage at all and probably not even any mental damage - they just have to ignore that person
