You realise that Friends is filmed in front of live studio audience, right? You should do, it's already been mentioned, and I wouldn't have thought it'd get past your unparalleled skills of observation.
Mistakes usually materialise inbetween cuts. In a sitcom, which is also a performance for people, there are very few cuts. What you're thinking are mistakes are most likely just the result of pedanticity on your part.

Once, Rachel was talking to everyone, and her sleeves kept on rolling up, and then being down again.
Up and down and up and down.
she even had her arms crossed at one point whilst she was talking, but beforehand, she had them on her hips!!!!!
It spoiled teh entire episode for me.
