Remember a while back we offered an EXTRA GAMEADAY prize for promotional suggestions. Anyone who suggested an idea which we actually use within three months wins a prize.

Monkey_with_Attitude has already been given one prize for his suggestion of community spirit in e-mails.

There are now three further prizes in this competition.

1. Monkey_with_Attitude
E-mail a friend links in discussions etc.

2. Fantasy Meister
Gameaday leaflets or stickers on products we sell, especially in the shops.

3. Monkey_with_Attitude
Prompt people to bookmark or place our sites on home pages.

By the way - It's no good searching for the promotional thread. We deleted it so that our competitors can't get their sweaty mits on it.

There may of course still be other winners to this as every suggestion which is used within three months will win a prize.

You should have a "Top Games Page" so that winners know witch is the best game to choose. You also have a "Ask Special" so that people could ask for the cheats that they want

Instead of winning prizes for gameaday, SR could make their very own currency which customers could collect and choose their prize to the accordance of how many "tokens" they have. The currenct could be called "reserves" or something. If you collect enough, you could choose a console. That would be cool

When a purchase is made on the site, the buyer recieves some raffle tickets.
The buyer goes around his or her local area, selling these raffle tickets with a list of different prizes to be won.
New prizes should be donated monthly, and maybe the main prize could be a PC, CD Re-Writer or something on the same lines.
On this site, the raffle would be drawn and the winner, or winners would be notified by the customer.
This would mean that the raffle ticket buyers would go on the net frequently to this site too, if they owned a PC.

You could try to had a more promotional look to Gameaday or the actual site by giving each member who joins an E-Mail address.
This would contain a name that his asscociated with this site so that when your member signs up for something with someone else or another site the gameaday location will be able to located.

You can use them in the shops, but you can't use them over the phone.

This is a pity, as I do all my ordering over the phone and I have a big pile of reddy vouchers waiting to be used.

Tony, perhaps the vouchers could be individually numbered, so that people who phone up could recite the number and the person taking the order would just have to check this up on the computer.

Or the alternative is to electronically add the reddies to the person's account on the computer system, although then you would have to get the account right on the Gameaday winners prizes, as currently I'm given a temporary account everytime I win something. This would mean that the person taking the phone order could just look at the amount of reddies available to the customer and then let them know if they can get something free when ordering, perhaps giving some people a nice surprise when they order too!

I think it would be a good idea if you could use the reddie vouchers in the SR shops, or can you already do that i'm not sure.

I've never been to an SR shop because there isn't one in Cardiff
