Good. Best video game to film conversion thus far.

Those lightcycle games came afterwards?

Mortal Kombat was balls. Everyone paid to see decent fights that hopefully rivalled Bruce Lee or someone else good, what they got was watereddown pish.

Tron was the first movie / videogame tie in. Movie first, game second. I remember (ohhhhh) :P

I'd have to saw Res Evil myself. Mortal Kombat is the industry choice, but I just didn't like it.

Oh GREAT answer.

Off the top of my head Resi gets the best videogame movie. Ecks vs Sever comes second but that was crap.

Edit: Ok MAYBE TRON... mabye but other than that you're wrong wrong WRONG! :P

Even after i did "suspend my disbelief" i still found the first to be nothing more than a tosspile. You dont need to be a professional movie critic to see it was an ass of a film.

Probably not, It's Romeros latest and I doubt he'll compomise. Still, I've read the screenplay and it's ok. I didn't find it anything special..........

Land of the Dead may be the movie you're looking for, aparantly it's reet gory so says one of the actors in the film http://www.comingsoon.net/news/topnews.php?id=7973

I can't help be feel though, that it'll get butchered by the American censors.

The helicopter/zombie skull scene in the original DOTD was genius.

I 2nd and 3rd that.

I thought that Dawn of the Dead might breath much needed life into the Zombie genre, but it seems to have died down again.

Damn stupid Americans all seem to be trying to replicate the success of The Ring all of a sudden. I don't want to see stupid ghost children scaring people through Tv programmes, I want to see Zombies eating people and having their heads popped.

Oh yeah, heard it plenty times before. To be honest, If a movie is: -

a) A big screen interpretation of a video game
b) Pretty low budget
c) Involves a virus turning people into zombies
d) A 15

It aint going to be the Citizen Kane of the splatter genre.

I want, nah demand more 18 rated zombie flicks.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
