"dust.... anyone? no?, dust..... anyone? no?, dust......"
The only reason I ask is that a friend of mine could eat for England, drank a lot and didn't do muc excercise, and he was slim. Once he hit about 22 years old, he ballooned in about 6 months. Didn't change his diet or fitness regime, he just exploded up in weight, so be careful, tubs.
:-)
Maybe I should start exercising - it'll all catch up to me eventually :D

Way to rub it in there :)
IF this is a serious topic then:
Join Slimming World or the other one (which is very popular but I can't think of it, sorry). Stay to the class after being weighted as nobody will laugh at you there and they will be very encouraging. Guessing you are a bloke but the slimming classes are becoming popular with blokes as well now.
If you think it may be genetic then go see your doctor for tests. He will also give you diet advice if you need it.
But still - Coming on here won't solve your problems (If you're serious - which I have doubts).
If genuine exercise and dieting is not working, see your Doctor.
I eat junk 98% of the time. I don't exercise. I have a 32" waist and weigh 11 stone.

I am trying, but it is hard. I don't like some of your comments, they hurt a lot emotionially. I don't eat choc fudge cake at all, and don't visit Mcdonalds often. I don;t think I am to blame, my parents were fat before they died, it could be a genetic problem. I went on a fitness course a while ago when I was 15st, but came out not losing a single pound. I just seem to keep growing.
