could you shoot a four year old boy to save the life of 40 million?
No-one makes a secret of the fact that top Nazi scientists ended up working for the Americans.
Without the rocket technology developed by the Nazis, space travel wouldn't have been possible as early as it was.
Although after the war the German issue can take a large portion of the blame for the Cold War (well, that and Truman for being a gimp).
But at the same time the Cold War could have been inevitable after the creation of the USSR, if it did intend to spread communism throughout the world, but then Stalin had that whole Socialism in One Country thing...although he was pretty comfortable to lie in order to get what he wanted so...yeah.
The confusion above ^^^ should be enough to demonstrate that you can't assume changing one event will affect the course of history.
Without Hitler we wouldn't have VW Beetles either.
THINK about that.

just a single reply to that. no you wouldn't like someone down there sed you have no idea the kind of emotions you would have if this happened to you. If you did do it you would kill yourself of guilt. I doubt you even have a 1% knowhow of what happened with the nazis...
