That isn't his name, his name is Andrew something and he is foriegn. I bet hes an illegal immagrant and thought my dad worked for the immagration team because where they met was outside my dads office and my dad wanted to get him in the CCTV camera just incase he is.

He sent an e-mail shortly after :

"By the way i have recorded our dialog into my cellphone and have evidence!"

I think hes using someone elses details and thats why he didn't want to sign anything.

My dad said he isn't getting the money back.

If he had a solicitor, all dealings about the incident would go through him. It's just scare tactics. For the sake of £300 the cheapest way would be the small claims court, not hiring someone to get the money back

I'm not nice like that. The fool shouldn't have messed my dad about and wasted our time, hes obviously a scammer because he looked and spoke like he was from a different country yet he thinks hes called John Williams.

Plus, his name on Paypal is Andrew Rchykyh (something similar to that) which isn't an english name.
