75Hz is the same across almost all TFT's. As for resolution, after 15", your stuck at 1280x up until 20" (some 19's do use 1600x but are stupidly expensive) There's only so many pixels you can squeeze into a 15-19" frame!

(hmm... may go LaCie instead of Viewsonic now seeing the price is almost the same!)
Again, contrast ration of 400:1, but LaCie are the best in the business for DTP, Graphic Design and CAD applications.

For the bast results from a TFT, look for one which supports DVI, has a 60% increase in performance over Standard VGA.
