Well there already seems to be quite a few Half-Life 2 threads cluttering up the PC Forum and I have no idea how many more will be made after the game gets released. So, I made this thread which can be used to talk about everything that is Half-Life 2 related and I hope you will all use it instead of making a thread for every problem/query you have.
So if you have any questions, links, general info about the game or you need help after its release tommorow, please use this thread :)

I did and found it more playable than it's previous outings. It's amazing how much a new graphics engine and some fancy new physics can go to enhance a game.

Indeed there is. Check ebay. I got one from there.

They aren't incredibly quick though, so aren't amazing for quick response times, which for games isn't brilliant.

Believe you can re-download it, yes, you can with the other things which are assigned to your steam account, so I don't see why this should be any different. And yes you can back it up on disc.

Only 5 minutes left... I'm sitting watching the progress bar.

Fair, but if your computer gets wiped somehow, can you re-download it free of charge? Also, can you get it put on disc? If so, do you have to pay extra for the pleasure?
