To start you off, Hannible and Silence of the Lambs were quite disturbing...

And what about Itchi The Killer?

'Pokemon: Volume 1' on VHR scared me.

Some japanese film i saw earlier this year, can't remember it's name, something theatrical.
Some women sawing through a guys foot with a fibre wire, i'm sure it's not the worst thing i've seen but the first that comes to mind.
Might have been called Audition.

It would have been, only they dont actually show it in the film. They dont show any of what happened. Its all just photos and descriptions.

Saw is pretty sick. Kind of like seven only you get to see it rather than just hear about it.

Watching a women getting raped by a man with a massive blade attatched to his penis was what I would call sick.
