What is the sickest movie you've ever seen?

To start you off, Hannible and Silence of the Lambs were quite disturbing...

And what about Itchi The Killer?

The untold story and ichi the killer probably. Although I'm always on the look out for something more extreme :D

The film I think is the sickest i've seen is Bad Taste, a gross alien invasion film.

Battle Royale isnt sick.

It's funny.

The premise is sick, not the actual visuals.

Also the sound as he saws off his foot is pretty nasty.

I Spit on Your Grave I thought was pretty disturbing. Cant think of many others
