I'm having a problem with my phone. My network is Virgin Mobile. Well, on my phone (the T610) it should say the network I am on on the wallpaper page, but it's just blank. There is no network coverage, so I can't make a call. Also, when I go to GSM networks and search the one I want, the one I use (T-Mobile UK) isn't there, and it's automatticly (bad spelling) on 02 UK. When I try to change it to another one it just goes back to 02. I have no credit on my phone at this time. also, I joined up to that 02 text thingy, do you think that might be the problem? When I go onto WAp it says GPRS has failed.

With a tri-band phone. Mine does it. In answer to Herr Dark Wolf problem, whats o2 text thingy, a bolt on?

Until you tell us more I would guess a: Your not getting a signal, go upstairs, b: Virgin being owned by Richard barnson is rubbish and has crashed, or c: Maybe your O2 text thingy (what ever it might be) doesn't work with virgin (as alot of things don't) and you should cancel it.

Sounds kinda stupid, but check you don't need to download settings to your phone to use the O2 txt

Virgin Mobile goes through T-Mobile, and that one isn't there on the selection screen. It also has other network selections such as Vodophone etc.. But when I select those it doesn't work. Does anyone else here use the 02 free texting service but aren't on 02. It says that phones on other networks can do it too.
