Triband means it works on 3 mobile phone bands, i.e. different wave-lengths. Not three different networks. That would be spaccy, but so are you, so it's ok.

You usually cancel by either ringing up or texting something like STOP(your service) to a specific number. A bolt on is a paid service packet to add on to pay as yougo mobiles but I don't think thats the problem here (as they usually only work with O2 mobiles). What did you sign up for, the Txt Alerts?
