It feels like something's biting my stomach and won't let go.
And I only took 5 paracetamol because I didn't think my body was as hardcore as Whitestripes'.

Help?

technically, since he took them over half an hour ago, the affect of the paracetemol will have already taken place - hence the pain. therefore puking up will not help. though it will humour us

Just make yourself puke to bring the paracetamol back up.

What you need is toilet roll, some sticky back plastic & an empty washing up liquid bottle and you can make Tracy Island. Probably wont help the stomach, but will look good. Alterativly drink some washing up liquid & burp bubbles.

cut off a finger so your brain concentrates on that pain instead of the stomach pain.
