Bands like the Verve, Pumpkins, Pearl Jam etc - no matter how popular, are never going to steal the crowns of moronic fools like the Spice Girls. Still, we can but laugh at those unenlightened fools.

What suprised me most was that selection of 10 were picked by a panel of quite respected people in the industry, i suppose you've got to put something in for the kids but at the expense of the two i've mentioned ?!

I forgot about this.

And Pumpkins aren't there? I mean, I was hardly expecting them to be, and I guess this is 'Fame', but they've done slightly more decent stuff than Spice Girls and co.

OR

is this a series?

Hmmmm.

Looking at that list, it seems pretty final - the usual suspects. RW? Spice Girls? Sheesh, world is crazy.

Don't know why Nirvana, Robbie Williams and Spice Girls are there
