The Spice Girls may not have created the best music but as anonymous said, they were extremely successful and surely that counts for something. Personally, I don't think Picasso was a great artist but you'd expect him to be on a list of the top artists because he became very famous and sucessful. Love it or hate it, the Spice Girls are icons of the nineties.

Hopefully it will be the Red Hot Chilli Peppers. As they are amazing. And have been around for years. And their songs are great. And their videos are amazing.

It's easy to see why they were chosen, they're three of the most popular 'artists' (if you can even called the Spice Girls that) of the 90's. And Nirvana are awesome.

On the trailer for it there was a clip of the Mellon Collie boxart, so I was quite disappointed to see no Pumpkins. Damn them.

I'm not personally a big fan of the Chilis, but they easily deserve to be here, seeing as they are pretty damn unique. Nirvana have to be there- anyone who has listened to Nevermind will almost doubtless agree.

As crap as the Spice Girls were, they was pretty damn successful...40 million albums. Even tho all the sales were by 8 year olds
