has anyone ever torn a muscle or cracked a bone??
i'm fairly sure i've done one or the other (more than likely the muscle) and i was wondering if anyone knew how long they take to heal?
because i did this about 2 weeks ago and it still hurts. If it persists then i'll go to the doctors, but wanted to see if anyone knew anything that could help before i did that...

Try playing field hockey.
I've had bruises on my feet still there 3 months after getting hit! Having some fat bloke drill a solid ball into your foot really does hurt quite a bit!
Plus you've got the 'instant ingrowing toenail' where a ball hits you really hard on the big toe, sending your toenail straight through the side of the toe...
I've seen people lose teeth too, oh, I also kneecapped some guy the other day because he was a d*ck.
