Up to £60, a decent graphics card cooler for an X800 XT PE, something that will cool it significantly. I have dual vantec fans at 4000RPM underneath the card and a 12cm 4000RPM blowing on the card but I want something to extract the heat and cool it on a more stable basis.

tigamilla, I know you did an X800 Pro. What sort of cooling on the actual card did you use?

Cheers.

Read about someone who got a 60 boost for clock and memory using this cooler on top of the 25 17 clock and memory he had with the stock cooling. Hoping to crack 600 600.

Alastair, you can be the official SR hardware tester :P

Will be interesting to see what that XT can do with that attached.

The Arctic VGA Silencer is still king of the hill. Although, some people water cool their cards, but I've yet to hear of someone doing that with an X800. I know one guy who has a Thermalright SK7 on his 9800 Pro. Things like that however are a bit extreme, so I'd recommend sticking with the VGA Silencer.

Yeah, there is one specifically for the X800 XT on overclockers however I am dubious. I have read some articles saying it is excellent and others saying it makes very little difference. Bare in mind I am wanting to reach 620 620 respectively at least.

Well Im still using the stock cooler and under load it hits 68-70C , but thats not at full XT speeds, I need to volt mod it to get it up to full XT and beyond speeds, then I'll definately need some extra cooling.

A highly acclaimed cooler is the Arctic VGA silencer:

I hired a small Phillipinno child to blow on it, but he wrote home to his parents: "Master make me giving blow job long time", and the Police took him away from me...
