My sister says that it doesnt, and has no effect. But whenever i some chocolate, like an easter egg, just straight chocolate, i get spots and i dont think it's just a coinsedence because i usually dont get them otherwise.

I had a look on google, and i scanned over some sites, and its a bit 50:50.

What would you say?

Probably depends on the person and I think its more Dairy products on the whole and not just chocolate.

Mates dad is a dermatologist and he says that many of the male kids that have problems have too much dairy products in their diet and for most their acne improves when they reduce the dairy products to a suitable level.

I can confirm that both chocolate and milk give you spots. Infact, it's the milk in the chocolate.

I can confirm that there is no connection between chocolate consumption and spots.

I'm not fat, but spotty. I just can't be bothered to adjust my diet to get rid of them. They'll pass eventually.

Although I do drink a lot of water. By choice, though.

I'd have to disagree with common opinion on here and say chocolate does give you spots, and so do crisps, such as McCoys. If you eat enough of them. Which I did. Anyway I stopped eating them and my spot problem has decreased. Still eat a bit of chocolate though. And no, I'm not fat. No where near it.
