A friend of mine is having problems with Internet Explorer.

Whenever it's opened it says "Microsoft internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvience. if you were in the middle of something the information you were working on might be lost"

And it gives the options to "restart IE" or "Tell Microsoft about this problem"

Anyone have an idea how they can sort it out?

Give me a shout here of msn if you can help.

She says "thanks"

I know, its a very general crash!

It just keeps happening - usually if a prog crashes for me it wont do it again and again.

Wow, that's like saying "A program has crashed at startup." Which it has.

Another words, be more specific.
