Whenever it's opened it says "Microsoft internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvience. if you were in the middle of something the information you were working on might be lost"
And it gives the options to "restart IE" or "Tell Microsoft about this problem"
Anyone have an idea how they can sort it out?
Give me a shout here of msn if you can help.
She says "thanks"
Firefox?? Mozilla??

its gone. According to her.

You don't need IE again. It's already there. You just ned to reinstall it, with default settings and no plugins etc.
I'm working on a site at the moment and it has a collection of links one of which is IE6 :D How useful already....
I think you can get 5.0 free cant you?

Add-Remove Programs, Window Components. Uncheck the program, "OK" all windows. Then do it again, this time ticking the box to install it again.

(laughs) Microsoft don't offer an all you can eat buffet service. The report is just assimilated by into a huge log, and if deemed worthy, programmers will attempt to fix the bug (if there is one).
