How expensive is it exactly?
Do you have a part time job etc
My plan for next year is to move into the 'Student Villiage' in the centre of Glasgow. It's like £75 a week or something. But, if I save up my loan for the next year and my wages and can still come home to work at weekends I could afford it I think.
Since the place I'm staying is next to the station and my work is next to a station it'll only take me about 45 minutes to get to work.
Waheh, I get to be a real student... next year.
Oh balls, I can live cheaper than that. Who wants to be bored by my plan?
Mon-Fri - Uni etc, live as cheap as I can.
Sat/Sun - Work full shifts these days, stay at home on Saturday. Get mum to do my washing har har and steal food. Then go to Uni on Sunday night after work.
You get a bigger loan staying away from home too.
grrr
*waits 3 more years*
meals: £1710
Travel: £380
Books: 350
clothes - 425
general - 950
other - 205
Total (added to fees and accomodation) - 7570
Obviously they're only estimates, but they came quite close to how much I spent last year. Minus the laptops of course.
