Hardcore porn via TV subscription is a disgrace. Seriously.

Guess we will have to wait and see. I also think it's going to apply to those channel 4 programs like porn-a family business. Because err a friend told me that the naughty bits are blanked.

On pay-per-view channels only.

Currently "porn" chanels like The Adult Chanel, Television X, etc are only allowed to show softcore stuff - the law will allow them to show pay per view hardcore too - and im pretty sure the free ten minutes at midnight will remain softcore.
