Good idea :) and I should do a site for WAP and PDA users. Perhaps even those using the PSP.

I'm kidding ;D, I use a javascript with my CSS tabs. The one where you put your mouse over to change tabs.

Yes :) and users still on 800x600 wont have a problem with my site either ^^ good idea right?

So what? That argument only works if site functionality depends upon javascript. In this case it has zero impact the site will still work even if they've not got javascript on.
Does it really make sense to deny 90% of users an extra feature because 10% wont be able to use it?

oh it's done with javascript and not CSS? Ah then I'll miss it, not everyone has javascript running :(
