Another free game up for grabs - best walkthrough/guide gets the prize. I'll let Silent Thunder give you the lowdown:
A walkthrough for the forums. Maybe it could help all the nice JATs and newbies by getting to know all the users. Basically you take the whole list of posters, I think the top posters for the last 30 days would be best as these guys and gals are still around and write a little guide to them. Whether it be they eat newbies or adore them and what forums they hang out in etc. It would be nothing personal like "They like chips and pizza" because well.. it's the Internet. Just a little friendly guide to all the users.
Also when ether a JAT / Newbie signs up they will probably feel slightly overwhelmed, this can easily be solved with a guide to the forums and how to get started. And where to post certain topics etc.
And like all the Extra GADs you obviously won't want it to be too serious so the guides would try to be comical and slightly 'wacky' as it were. Also improving the atmosphere of the forums to new users, if they see a serious walkthrough / guide to the users and forums they will think: boring. But seeing a funny one will make them want to stay because ukchatforums.com is a fun, friendly place.
So a summary:

I just attempted at writing a walkthrough to the forums. I wrote "Welcome to", got bored, started hacking into my wrists with a spoon then jumped out of my window.

I won't go on about what's in each forum, as it's pretty obvious really - they all have titles.
Just a few things to take note of...
Firstly, do not type like this...

This will make others see you as a walking, talking (just) poo, and you will instantly lose any respect you may (or more likely, may not) have earnt.
Secondly, DO NOT, i repeat: DO NOT advertise your damn site here! We don't care about your "wikd new site!" or this amazing Matrix System you've found - what we care about is you leaving.
Thirdly, keep your posts relevant. If you have something rubbish to say, it obviously goes in Chat, ok? If your post is about your PS2, don't post it in Nintendo or Microsoft - you will be laughed at, kapeesh?
Finally, this is one that really annoys me, and I know it annoys others as well. DO NOT SPAM. Spamming will possibly (and hopefully) get you warned and doing so again could get you banned. Also, other people will insult you more than you ever knew possible. There's a few of us here, and together, we could tear you apart...

Life and Everything: For the clever and the serious only. An intelligent discussion about err Life and Everything. Worth a look. Rating: 7/10
WWE: If wrestling is your thing then post here for talks on fave superstars and the new storylines. Die-Hard fans need only apply! Rating: 7/10
Classic Games: A interesting forum about ye old days, when people thought the Gamecube was the long awaited follow up the the Rubix cube! If you want to remember the old days or feel nostalgic then post here. Rating: 8/10
Future of games chat/Prime topics: A talk about the incoming consoles andmore. Also the holder of the longest thread in the forums. (i think) Rating: 8.5/10
Web Design & PC: For all the budding computer geeks this is the forum for you. About web design opr pc hardware/software. Rating: 6.5/10
You should start by getting yourself some friends and posting some worthwhile topics. Then just dip in and out of every forum that you want to post in or are interested in. Dont be rude or go into a forum and tell them what they are doing is crap or you will be hated. Follow these tips and you will be cruising in no time! Its also a good idea to explore the rest of the site and post reviews ect, ect.
Taglines and names can be changed but chose carefully and pick something witty like "witty!" Name may be changed but people may not know who you are so be careful. A personal profile is optional but lets other poster know your: Age, whereabouts, real name, and some of your favourite things. Enjoy!
So that was my guide to the forums! I haven't put a top 100 poster list on it as you can figure that out for yourself as we all have differant opinions on those things.
