Thank you. You took the words right out of my mouth!
There's a point where the benefits of that little extra memory don't outwiegh the hassle of putting it in, like space, compatability, battery eatage and price.

No, but developers tell us through interviews. ALL THE TIME. It's true, more memory when the specs are given out essentially means more creative freedom - more objects, processes and other activities that can be stored into the mem at any one time.
