Kid A is one of my favourite albums,
its like this journey, thing...
although it does seem like a phat load of sh|t somtimes..
and yes, many people have made bootleg copies of teh amnesiac from ripped tracks off promo cd's and stuff,
pyramid song is just greatness, because it builds, or something
and the video is superco0 too..

I have, of late, drifted away from Radiohead.
Dont get me wrong, I think all the albums prior to Kid A are phenomanal, OK Computer will be hailed as a landmark 20 years from now.
Kid A...I like it sometimes.
Other times it sounds like a band indulging themselves at our expense, but that's their call, they've earned that.
However, Pyramid Song...I really, really cant get into it.
Heard some other stuff from Amnesiac and it just sounds like they can't be bothered anymore.
I love Radiohead for their passion, feeling and emotion they put into their songs.
Pyramid Song lacks that, it's Yorke refusing to use his voice to it's full effect.

Favourite band? Hardly. I do rate them above Radiohead though, but then, as I once said, I rate my @rse with a flute in it higher than Radiohead.

Fantastic band. Highly original in times of old, but lately more of an Aphex Twin tribute band. Can't wait to get Amnesiac. Go to Amazon and pre-order it. Yesterday only 43 people had so far, which meant I was still eligible for the special edition. I don't think the comparisons that Muse drew to them were justified though. The only similarities are Matt Bellamy and Thom Yorke's voices. Apart from that they're both highly original bands in their own rights.
