Going to Alton Towers this firday taking the gf as a birthday present(may sound selfish but she loves rollercoasters). I was wondering if anyone had any good tips any paticular rides? Or any tips to miss cues?

I heard of air, what exactly is the theme? How long did you have to wait for yur ride? Thats a point how long are the waiting lines for the bigger attractions?

The three that Cong Women said and theirs a new one called Spinball Whizzer which I didn't get to go on as it was a two hour queue when we got there at about 4.50 and the rides shut at 5.
Also there a re the two water rides, Ripsaw (Water ride with a difference), Duel (a slow carrige but you shoot things with lasers to get points) and erm Corkscrew and can't think of any thing else at the mo.

Go on Black Hole. It's one of the best, but it's no AIR. You really must go o AIR at least 2x, if you can.

Don't go to Cred Street. A few years ago I made it a goal to go on everything. Suffice to say, two hours of my life was wasted queueing for some lame Nicklelodeon thing.
